On Saturday, April 20th, Christians and churches from across Spartanburg chose to love our city together. Volunteers served in low income neighborhoods, blessed hundreds and hundreds of households, assisted a number of non-profit ministries, wrote cards of encouragement to community leaders, and covered Spartanburg in prayer, It makes a difference when we come closer to one another and closer to the needs that exist around us. It changes us and it has the potential to change our city. We’re better together!

Come Closer is an invitation. It’s an invitation for Christians and churches to come closer to one another and to the deep needs that exist in our community. We can do more together than we can alone.
